Confidential Executive Digital Experience

Project Overview

A confidential, invitation-only annual leadership forum bringing together 100+ senior executives and global business leaders from diverse industries and countries to explore economic, political, social, and technological megatrends.

The website serves as the primary digital resource for invited attendees, providing essential event information and content throughout the summit experience. I worked closely with the internal Marketing Communications team to redesign the website, improve the user flow and experience, and create a cohesive visual experience across the main landing page and supporting pages.

My role spanned visual and UX design, content coordination, and ongoing website updates, working closely with web coordinators and developers throughout the project.

Confidentiality Notice
Due to the private, invitation-only nature of the event and gated website experience, project visuals and specific content cannot be publicly disclosed.

The Challenge

The existing website was intended to serve as the primary information hub for attendees and their staff, but the experience made it difficult to access timely and useful information. Detailed schedules, activities, and program locations were primarily provided through lengthy external PDFs, which were frequently updated throughout the day. This made it difficult for attendees to find the latest information and limited the website’s role as a central resource.

Beyond functionality, the client wanted the experience to feel more refined and engaging—reflecting an event designed for global business leaders, with a flagship-level digital presence.

The goal: transform the website into a more useful, visually compelling, and innovative digital experience.
